Ladies, quick question

Since I started all of this, I seem to be having more periods.  Has this happened to anyone else?

  1. I still haven't had a period since I had Baby Girl so I'm no help on this one.

    Though the last time I lost a good amount of weight there was no difference for me re: periods.

  2. I've read that the weight loss can jump start periods. Are you having them more frequenly that you should?

  4. My cycle is totally messed up because I'm in perimenopause but I have actually had a normal one since I Re-Started at the end of June. That's a HUGE improvement. Vee at http://veegettinghealthy.blogspot.com

  5. Yeah, they are more frequent. I was on like a 27 day cycle and now, and in the last month and half I have had 3. I started again today when I just had one last week. I wonder how long this will last?

  6. Weight loss will lower your estrogen level, testosterone level and can change your hormonal balance. You are definitely not imagining a connection.
